Unifiber - Essentials Alloy Boom Tapered

The Essentials Alloy Boom Tapered is built around a more comfortable grip, particularly well suited to lighter riders and freeride sailing. The tapered 26 mm diameter tube in the harness line and grip area reduces forearm load and allows a natural, relaxed hand position.

T8 alloy monocoque construction keeps play to a minimum and holds up through regular use. The modern outline and slightly wider tail suits bump & jump and freeride sailing alike.

The 140 and 160 sizes feature a Loop & Go system for quick and easy rigging. The 180 size features a wider tail to accommodate bigger sails with deeper profiles, and includes a pulley block for smooth and precise trimming.

The Essentials Alloy Boom Tapered is available with a choice of two boom heads:

• Modular Boom Head — the go-to choice for maximum stiffness and direct mast connection.


• Ergo Boom Head — a classic single-hinge lever for fast, familiar rigging.
